Sarah Thompson

Sarah Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Sarah started their career at vielife, a CIGNA Company, where they served as a Programme Manager and later as the Head of Implementations. In these roles, they owned the customer relationship from pre-sales through delivery to ongoing support.

Sarah then joined Cucumber as a Consultant before moving on to Orion Health, where they held various leadership positions. As the Global Resource Centre Director, they established and grew a central resource pool to deliver global customer implementations. Sarah also served as the Global PMO Director, where they focused on improving customer satisfaction and implementation margins through establishing project management best practices.

Sarah also worked at EROAD, where they served as the Chief Product Officer and Vice President of Product. In these roles, they focused on assimilating global product and UX teams and developing product vision and leadership.

Most recently, Sarah joined Integrated Control Technology as the Chief Product Officer, where they are responsible for embedding product thinking and culture into the business and fostering close client relationships.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated a strong focus on strategy development, team empowerment, and delivering value to customers.

Sarah Thompson's education history includes attending the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2017 for the Executive Leadership Development program. Sarah also attended Massey University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Design degree.
