Thomas Cooper has a strong work history in various roles. Thomas began their career as a Deputy Project Manager, where they co-led a cross-functional team in an international software development project, ensuring on-time delivery. Thomas Cooper attended the United States Air Force Academy from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering. In 2011, they received a Certificate in Fundamentals of Acquisition Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology-Graduate School of Engineering & Management. The following year, in 2012, they obtained a Certificate in Defense Acquisition University Program Manager Level 1. In 2013, they pursued further education at Webster University, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, in the same year, they received a Certificate in Defense Acquisition University Program Manager Level 2. In 2017, Thomas earned a Certification in Full Stack Web Development from UCLA Extension.
