David Miller has extensive experience in incentive compensation management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Incentive Compensation at Integrated DNA Technologies since April 2022. This role encompasses overseeing the global sales incentive process, including the design and execution of over 50 incentive plans and utilizing tools such as Xactly Incent and Salesforce for data analysis and reporting. Prior to this, David worked at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. as Sr. Incentive Compensation Analyst, and at Prosperio Group, where over 100 clients received assistance in designing sales incentive plans.
