Grace Lean is a transformational marketing leader with over 15 years of experience in biotech marketing, currently serving as the Senior Director of Ecommerce at Integrated DNA Technologies and as an Advisory Board Member for Qincade. Grace has a proven track record in digital strategy, driving revenue growth, and fostering collaborative environments. Previously, they held key roles at LGC Biosearch Technologies, where they significantly increased ecommerce sales and built high-performing teams. Grace is pursuing Executive Education in Business Excellence and a B.A. in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
