Roshani Codipilly

Roshani Codipilly is a skilled Bioinformatics Scientist with a robust background in molecular oncology and bioinformatics. Currently employed at Integrated DNA Technologies since November 2021, Roshani has progressed from Bioinformatics Scientist II to Bioinformatics Scientist III, showcasing expertise in various sequence analysis tools and pipeline implementation. Prior experience includes a Molecular Oncology Internship at Genentech, where Roshani designed a Ribo-seq pipeline using Nextflow and communicated results across departments.
