Tom Speedy

Tom Speedy is a seasoned professional in synthetic biology with extensive experience in various roles at Integrated DNA Technologies since October 2017, including Commercial Product Manager and Director of Business Development. Tom also served as a Field Application Manager at the company, contributing to advancements in nucleic acid products for the life sciences sector. Prior to this, Tom held positions at Oxford Genetics as a Business Development Manager, Gen9, Inc. as Director of Strategic Accounts, and Innova Biosciences as Head of Sales & Corporate Business. Additional experience includes serving as a Technical Sales Specialist at AbD Serotec and working as a Research & Development Scientist at Cozart plc. Tom holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham and a BSc in Aquatic Biology from Aberystwyth University, with additional training at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
