Brian Evans has extensive experience in the field of IT. Brian started their career at R&B's Custom Electronics as a Co-Founder, where they designed, configured, and executed custom built computers. Brian also provided technical support, installed software and hardware, and configured wireless networks. After that, they worked at Kendall College as a Helpdesk Technician, where they maintained the network infrastructure, diagnosed and repaired computer equipment, and provided IT orientation sessions to new students. Brian then joined N.I.T. Connect as a Contractor, where they provided on-call support to clients in Chicago, implemented remote connections, and upgraded network infrastructure. Brian then moved to AMLI Residential as a Network & Telcom Infrastructure Engineer, where they worked from 2012 to 2018. In this role, they managed network and telecom infrastructure and oversaw upgrades. Currently, Brian is working as a Field Service Engineer at Integrated IT, starting in 2020.
Brian Evans began their education in 2013 when they enrolled in CCNAX Accelerated Training. During their time there, they focused on ICND1 + ICND2. In 2017, Brian Evans furthered their education by attending ACUCW1, where they pursued a degree in Cisco Call Manager Administration.
