Currently serving as an Area Finance Manager at Integrated Power Services, Raynard has a proven track record of delivering high-impact results through strategic financial management and reporting. Previously, as a Business Operations Manager at Xcel Energy, Raynard led cross-functional teams in developing business plans and monitoring performance metrics, while also enhancing decision-making processes through data analysis and reporting tools. Raynard earned a Master's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from California State University, Long Beach.
