Rick Bohn

Rick Bohn is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of Lean and Continuous Improvement leadership and more than 20 years of manufacturing experience. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, along with being a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Currently, Rick serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement Process Solutions at Integrated Power Services, focusing on advancing operational processes and enhancing employee and customer experiences. Previously, they held various leadership positions at companies such as The Kraft Heinz Company, Dart Container, and Spectrum Brands, where they implemented multiple Lean initiatives and drove significant cost reductions.
