They assist clients in finding and maintaining employment, ensuring they receive the necessary skills and encouragement to succeed in their roles. Through their advocacy and guidance, the team promotes meaningful community integration and independence for those they support.

Coaching

The Leadership Team at Integrated Resources Institute, composed of the Chief Training Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing organizational performance, and ensuring that the company effectively advocates and provides quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
