Marc Smith

Marc Smith, CRSP, CD, has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management across various industries. Since May 2012, Marc serves as HSE Manager at Integrated Sustainability Consultants, focusing on the development and ongoing evaluation of corporate HSE management systems, alongside facilitating HSE training activities. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Consultant at Mar2 Safety Solutions, where Marc provided comprehensive HSE solutions, and HSE Manager at Blue Rock Builders Ltd, where the development of a client-focused HSE management system was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes positions as Lead HSE Advisor at Sterling Crane, Environment Health & Safety Advisor at AECON Lockerbie, Risk Advisor at HSE Certified, and a technician in the Canadian Armed Forces. Marc holds an Occupational Health and Safety Diploma from NAIT and is a certified member of the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals.
