Alex Ferrell

Alex Ferrell is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in controls engineering and management. Currently serving as the Controls Engineering Manager at Integrated Systems Design since February 2020, Alex previously held key roles including VP of Engineering at ARC Engineering Solutions and Safety Product Manager at Leuze Electronic USA. Alex's expertise encompasses the design of automation hardware and software for various applications, including assembly lines and safety-related products. Alex's career began at Dematic North America and Noble Metal Processing, specializing in controls hardware and PLC/HMI software design. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering with a focus on Dynamic Systems and Control from Oakland University and additional education from the University of Michigan-Flint.
