Bec George

Bec George is a Leadership and Employee Experience Professional who currently serves as the Senior Partner for Leadership and Experience at integratedliving Australia. With a strong background in human resources, Bec previously held roles such as HR Advisor / Learning & Development Co-ordinator at Suncare Community Services and Payroll and HR Co-ordinator at Matthew Flinders Anglican College. Bec holds two bachelor's degrees from the University of the Sunshine Coast, one in Business and the other in Arts, as well as an Honours degree in Psychology. Additionally, Bec is pursuing further education in Instructional Design and Development and has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Driven by a belief in empowering individuals through learning, Bec is dedicated to integrating learning with organizational development.
