Pradnya Devare has a diverse work history in the technology industry. Pradnya started their career as a Sr. Solutions Developer at Strategic Technologies from October 2000 to June 2002. Pradnya'sresponsibilities included developing solutions for the company.

In 2010, they joined the Specialty Food Association as a Sr. Solutions Architect. Pradnya was responsible for various tasks related to the architecture, management, and delivery of online integrated solutions. Pradnya'srole involved managing solutions architecture, cloud solutions, data architecture, vendor management, system migrations, application development, integrations, database design and development, project management, business analysis, process management (agile), and quality control.
