Ruby Spolia has work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. They started their career at Quickyes Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in 2021 as a Human Resources Executive, where they were involved in the end-to-end recruitment process and developed strategies for sourcing methods. They also gained extensive experience in using Boolean Key Strings for effective searching in job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn Networking. In 2022, they joined Integration International Inc. as a Corporate Talent Acquisition Executive. Integration International Inc. is a technology service provider operating in various industries across different continents.

Ruby Spolia completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Punjab Technical University, from the years 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they achieved their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communication from Himachal Pradesh University, graduating between 2014 and 2018.
