Tracy Kerber is a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources Executive with extensive leadership experience across various sectors, including life sciences, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations. Tracy served as the Human Resource Director at LifeSpan of Minnesota from 2003 to 2006, where they established the HR function and developed critical programs for employee growth and compensation. From 2007 to 2008, Tracy managed HR functions at Gabberts Design Studio & Fine Furniture during a significant organizational change. Since 2008, Tracy has been the Human Resources Director at Integreon Global, driving strategic HR initiatives and aligning talent strategies across international business units.
