Animesh Kumar is the VP of Contracts, Compliance & Commercial Services at Integreon. Animesh has over 14 years of experience in corporate commercial law, litigation management, and legal risk analysis. Animesh has worked in various industries including consulting, telecommunications, and IT services.

Animesh Kumar started their career as a Senior Executive - Legal at Tata Teleservices Limited in 2006. Animesh then moved to Tata Consultancy Services in 2013 as an Assistant General Manager - Legal Services. In 2016, they joined PwC India as a Director - Risk Assurance (Legal and Regulatory Compliance). Animesh spent four years at PwC before joining Integreon in 2020.

At Integreon, Animesh Kumar is responsible for overseeing the contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution. Animesh also leads the compliance function and provides commercial legal advice to the business.
