Gabriel Buigas

Gabriel Buigas joined Integreon in 2021 and leads the Legal and Compliance Solutions business unit. In this role, Gabriel is responsible for driving the business unit’s global strategy including delivery, product development, and go-to-market.

Gabriel brings more than 25 years’ experience in the legal industry holding both executive in-house legal roles and executive roles at a leading alternative legal services provider (ALSP). His depth of experience as both a consumer and a provider of legal services offers clients invaluable real-world insights and best practices.

During his tenure at Hewlett-Packard, Gabriel held executive legal roles including VP and Deputy General Counsel, Americas Region, VP & Deputy General Counsel, Enterprise Business, VP and Deputy General Counsel, WW Commercial Legal, and SVP and Deputy General Counsel, PPS and Legal Strategy and Operations. Across these roles, Gabriel provided legal, strategic, and operational guidance. Prior to joining Integreon, Gabriel served as EVP, Digital Contracting and Commercial Solutions at an ALSP and was responsible for delivering legal/commercial contract support services to large enterprise customers on a global basis. In this role, Gabriel selected and managed key technology partners, including contracts lifecycle management (CLM), AI and automation solutions.

Gabriel has a BBA in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and earned his J.D. from Harvard Law. Gabriel is also fluent in Spanish.
