Shamim Shaikh

Shamim Shaikh is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in technical support and project management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Tech Support at Integreon since September 2019, Shamim oversees the resolution of complex IT issues and monitors the quality of tickets managed by Engineers. Previous roles include Senior Technical Support Engineer and Technical Support Engineer, with notable experience at Iron Mountain India and Recall India Information Management. At Iron Mountain, Shamim was instrumental in transforming IT setups, while at Recall, responsibilities included managing escalated issues and designing cost-effective network solutions across India. Shamim holds a BSc in Physics from Bhavan's, Andheri, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
