Christopher Smith serves as the Director of the Data Management Office at IntegriChain since September 2017, where responsibilities include developing comprehensive data management strategies, leading the Data Solutions Business Unit, and managing service delivery to meet contractual commitments. With a strong background in customer success and data analysis, Christopher has experience managing multiple pharmaceutical accounts and leading data management teams, focusing on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Prior roles include Senior Customer Success Manager, Lead Base Data Analyst, and MDM Data Analyst, each contributing to Christopher’s expertise in data solutions and customer relationship management. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Finance Concentration from Stockton University, obtained in 2017.
