Daniel McHugh is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in program management and systems engineering, particularly in body armor technology and government acquisitions. Having served as a Senior Project Officer at the U.S. Army DEVCOM Soldier Center from 2023 to 2025, they managed research projects aimed at advancing armor materials technology. Previously, from 2010 to 2023, Daniel worked as a Project Officer for USSOCOM, where they acted as a technical subject matter expert and led cross-functional projects related to body armor. Currently, Daniel is a Program Manager at Integris Composites, working with DoD systems, while pursuing an MBA at Manning School of Business, UMass Lowell. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
