Helle Specht

Helle Specht has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the composites industry. Helle started their career at Roulunds Fabriker as an R&D Manager and then transitioned to Star Pipe A/S as a QA Manager. Helle then joined Tencate Advanced Armour, where they held positions as a Corporate R&D and QA Manager, Director of Operations at TCAA EMEA, and Director of R&D and QM at TenCate Advanced Armour. Helle also served on the Board of Directors for DI - Dansk Industri and Ib Andresen Industri. Currently, Helle is a Managing Director at Integris Composites and a Member of the Board of Directors at RIVAL A/S. Their expertise includes research and development, quality management, and operational leadership within the composites and ballistic field.

Helle Specht has a diverse education history. Helle first attended the Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a partial HD (Higher Commercial Examination) degree in the field of financial studies. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they attended TietgenSkolen and earned a Merkonom (Export Merchant) degree with a focus on marketing.

Earlier in their academic journey, from 1990 to 1994, Helle attended the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Southern Denmark. Although their degree name and field of study during this time are unspecified, it can be assumed that they pursued a technical or engineering-related field.

Completing their formal education, Helle attended the Deutsches Gymnasium für Nordschleswig from 1986 to 1989, although the degree name and field of study for this period are not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Helle Specht obtained a certification in "Bestyrelsesarbejde i praksis" (Board of Directors work in practice) from DI - Ledelse og Virksomhedsudvikling in June 2021.
