Andrew Hays

Andrew Hays began their work experience in January 2018 as an Internet & Voice Repair Representative at Charter Communications. In September 2018, they started their own company called Hays Network Solutions and served as the Owner until July 2020. From July 2020 to February 2021, they worked as a Senior IT Support Specialist at NuMSP. Currently, they are employed at Integris, where they started as a Network Administrator in March 2021 and later transitioned to the role of Security Services Administrator in August 2022.

Andrew Hays earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from John Jay College (CUNY) between 2008 and 2010. Andrew later pursued a Master of Science degree in Cybersecurity at Utica University from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, Andrew obtained the CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in November 2021.
