Jacob Johnson

Jacob Johnson, MBA, has a diverse work experience with a focus on recruiting and customer service. Jacob started their career at Walmart as a Customer Service Desk Associate and later became a Customer Service Manager. In 2013, they joined Best Buy as a Sales Support and later transitioned to a Supervisor role. Jacob then worked at CalTech and Integris as a Recruiting Coordinator, where they are currently employed.

Jacob Johnson, MBA completed their education in a chronological manner. Jacob started their academic journey at Western Texas College from 2009 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies. During the same period, they also obtained a Certificate in Technology specializing in Beginning Welding from Western Texas College.

After completing their studies at Western Texas College, Jacob attended Angelo State University from 2013 to 2015. Jacob successfully earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

Continuing their pursuit of higher education, Jacob Johnson enrolled in Angelo State University's Master of Business Administration (MBA) program from 2017 to 2018. Jacob obtained their Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their formal education, Jacob Johnson has obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in January 2023.
