James Sutter began their work experience in January of 2010 as a Help Desk Technician at CalTech. James then worked their way up within the company, taking on roles such as On the job trainer, Field Services Manager, and Tier 2 Service Manager. In June of 2021, they transitioned to the role of Tier 3 Service Manager at CalTech.
