Ken Shevlin's work experience starts in 2006 when they joined Grappone Automotive Group. Ken held various positions including Hyundai Service Manager, Honda Service Manager, and Toyota Service Manager. During this time, Ken increased customer satisfaction scores, gross, and profit at each store. Ken also managed capacity limitations at the Honda and Toyota store by adjusting team schedules and relocating the internal team offsite.

In this role, they are responsible for providing technical network, network security, and endpoint security product support directly to customers. Ken also supports the operations staff as a direct point of escalation and coordinates resources on projects. Ken oversees the installation, onboarding, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware under management.
