Ken Shevlin

Ken Shevlin's work experience starts in 2006 when they joined Grappone Automotive Group. Ken held various positions including Hyundai Service Manager, Honda Service Manager, and Toyota Service Manager. During this time, Ken increased customer satisfaction scores, gross, and profit at each store. Ken also managed capacity limitations at the Honda and Toyota store by adjusting team schedules and relocating the internal team offsite.

In 2011, Ken joined Somersworth Hyundai as an Automotive Service Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the operations, profitability, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction of the service department. Ken provided technical network and network security support within a secure and scalable environment. Ken assisted with the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of network hardware.

Ken's most recent position is as a Network Operations Manager at Integris, which they started in September 2022. In this role, they are responsible for providing technical network, network security, and endpoint security product support directly to customers. Ken also supports the operations staff as a direct point of escalation and coordinates resources on projects. Ken oversees the installation, onboarding, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware under management.

Throughout their work experience, Ken has demonstrated expertise in network operations, management, and customer support. Their background in the automotive industry has provided him with valuable skills in operations, profitability, staffing, and customer satisfaction.

Ken Shevlin attended Southern New Hampshire University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Technical Management. Prior to that, they attended New Hampshire Technical College from 1992 to 1994 and earned an Associate's degree in GM-ASEP. In terms of additional certifications, Ken obtained the Fortinet NSE 7 - Enterprise Firewall 6.2 certification from Fortinet in July 2020. Ken also acquired the CCNA - Routing and Switching certification from Cisco in July 2018.
