Miles Roben

Miles Roben has a diverse work experience in the field of network services and technical support. Miles began their career at Viasat Inc. in 2015, where they worked as a Technical Support representative for one year before being promoted to Tier II Technical Support. Miles then transitioned to the role of Monitoring and Dispatch for two years. In 2019, Miles joined Compudyne, Inc. as a Network Services Administrator and stayed in that position for two years. Currently, Miles is working at Integris as a Network Services Engineer, starting in July 2021 and being promoted to Senior Network Services Engineer in September 2022.

Miles Roben obtained a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University from 2008 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the CCNA certification from Cisco in August 2022, the Secure Wi-Fi Essentials certification from WatchGuard Technologies in September 2022, the Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Junos (JNCIA-Junos) certification from Juniper Networks in August 2021, and the Network Security Essentials certification from WatchGuard Technologies in February 2021.
