Michael Chapman

Michael Chapman has worked in the recruitment industry since 1997. Michael began their career as the National Recruiting Manager for Immedient. In 2002, they became the Regional Recruiting Manager for Washington Mutual, where they led a recruiting initiative that hired over 250 new employees within 8 months. In 2004, they were hired by Centex Home Equity as Vice President of Recruiting, where they built an internal recruiting function and managed a team of 8 fulltime recruiters. From 2005 to 2007, they served as Director of Recruiting for Avanade, Inc., where they managed a team of 35 recruiters and drove recruiting activities to exceed annual hiring goals. Since 2009, they have been the Principal Partner and CEO of WiredHive, formerly IntegrITalent.

Michael Chapman attended Mt. Lakes High School from 1986 to 1988 and then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of South Florida from 1989 to 1993.
