Arshdeep Garcha

Arshdeep Garcha, CPA, currently serves as Assistant Controller at Integrity Advocate since August 2025. Previously, Arshdeep held positions as Accounting Manager at Eminence Organic Skin Care from April 2023 to August 2025, and Manager of Financial Reporting at OAK + FORT from December 2021 to April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Accountant at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America and KPMG, where Arshdeep progressed from Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant between October 2017 and December 2020. Alongside accounting roles, Arshdeep acted as Teacher Assistant at UBC Sauder School of Business, Chief Financial Officer for Kappa Alpha Theta Headquarters, and founded the design company Behené. Arshdeep's educational background includes a CPA designation from CPA Canada, a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from UBC Sauder School of Business.
