Leon Bunch has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Leon started their career at General Motors, where they gained exposure to various financial departments and quickly advanced to the position of General Supervisor. Following that, they joined Air Gage Company, where they held various executive positions such as VP, CFO, and President. Leon then moved on to Barefoot, Cramer & Associates, where they served as a Principal and provided operational and financial consulting services to a wide range of companies. Leon later joined Conway MacKenzie, Inc. as a Managing Director, securing and leading engagements for companies of various sizes and overseeing projects such as cost reduction initiatives and business planning. Leon then served as the Executive VP at MCM Management Corporation before taking on their current role as the Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Aerospace Group, Inc., where they lead a team that provides equipment, service, and support to the industrial, medical, and security sectors.

Leon Bunch received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Michigan University in 1982. Leon later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the same university and graduated in 1989. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) from the Turnaround Management Association.
