Viv Grant, the Director of Integrity Coaching, brings over 25 years of experience in education and a proven track record of raising standards across the sector. Her impressive achievements include:

•	Transforming a failing school as one of the youngest Headteachers in the country
•	Over 15 years as Executive Coach, Public Speaker and Director of Integrity Coaching
•	Publishing her book “Staying A Head”, which explores key challenges Heads face, and identifies strategies they can adopt
•	Assisting with the development of EDI programmes, with a particular focus on race, for The Institute of Education, The DfE, The NHS, The Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman, the former NUT and a large number of Local Authorities
•	Delivering her flagship programme, Race, Identity and School Leadership, to over 250 (predominantly white) School Leaders
•	Serving as a consultant for the Department for Education and Skills (DfES)
•	Co-leading national leadership programmes such as NPQH, Leadership Pathways, and Working Together for Success for the National College of School Leadership
•	Authoring the London Pilot coach training module for the launch of Leadership Pathways, when it was launched in London
