Keith Snyder

Keith Snyder is the current COO & Integrator at Integrity Data. Keith has also served as a Board Member of the Labor Relations Board Illinois from March 2015 to March 2019, Associate Vice President of Lincoln Christian University from January 2008 to March 2015, Procurement Specialist at State Farm from April 2005 to December 2007, and Team Advisor at Eaton from September 2000 to May 2001.

Throughout their various positions, Keith has demonstrated their ability to meet targeted performance measures, improve efficiency, and collaborate effectively with others. As a Board Member of the Labor Relations Board Illinois, they helped administer the collective bargaining process between all public employees, labor unions, and public employers in Illinois. In this role, they also handled over 850 representation cases and unfair labor practice charges annually and oversaw 15 professional and clerical employees.

Keith has also served as the Associate Vice President of Lincoln Christian University, where they were responsible for leading the Enrollment Management team and collaborating with other university departments to achieve enrollment goals. In their previous role as Procurement Specialist at State Farm, they were responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services for the company.

Keith Snyder is a proven leader with a track record of success in various roles. Keith is currently using their skills and experience to help Integrity Data achieve its goals.

Keith Snyder received their MBA in Organizational Leadership from Illinois State University and their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Springfield.

Keith Snyder works with Bobby Jackson - Director of Solutions Engineering, Tom Franz - Director of Finance & Systems, and Ben Corwin - HR & Payroll Sales Manager. Their manager is Patrick Doolin, CEO.
