Derek Roberts

Derek Roberts is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and service culture development across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive at Roberts Business Group since December 1999, Derek leads initiatives to foster high-impact organizational cultures. As an Executive Partner at Integrity Solutions, LLC since April 2007, Derek contributes to global training solutions aimed at enhancing sales and service growth. Additionally, since January 2015, Derek has held the position of Interim CEO and Managing Partner at mindsetter N. America, where a cloud-based training platform is utilized to promote sustained learning and behavior change. Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
