Jim also acts as an On Demand Training Facilitator and Coach at Z1CareerZone, offering comprehensive career coaching. As a Keynote Speaker, Jim shares an inspiring narrative of an undrafted college free agent who achieved a decade-long NFL career with the Denver Broncos, including two Super Bowl appearances. Prior roles include Director of New Accounts at InfoWorks, NFL Assistant Coach for several teams including the Houston Texans and Denver Broncos, a sports broadcaster across multiple platforms, and a professional NFL linebacker.
