Johnny Walker

Johnny Walker, PhD, currently serves as the President of Character Inc., a behavior change firm focused on developing customer-centric cultures. In addition, Johnny holds the position of Licensed Partner at Integrity Solutions LLC, providing values-based solutions for sales, customer service, and leadership development. As an Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Speaker at JohnnyWalker.Co, Johnny assists organizations in enhancing profitability through behavior change processes. Previously, Johnny was the Executive Director and Counselor at Family Works Counseling, where family and youth counseling were emphasized. Johnny has also worked as a columnist for St. Clair News Aegis, sharing insights on Christian and family values. Additional experience includes roles as Business Development Manager at Gryphex, LLC, and End User Specialist at ASSA ABLOY, along with law enforcement positions at the Pell City Police Department and Mountain Brook Police Department. Johnny holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership and Management and advanced degrees in Agency Counseling and a double major in Religion and Sociology.
