Steve Schmidt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in performance improvement solutions, currently serving as an Executive Partner at Integrity Solutions LLC since 2008. In this role, Steve focuses on enhancing sales, service, and leadership through unique, principles-based learning processes that address skills, attitudes, and behaviors, resulting in increased productivity, sales, customer loyalty, and talent retention. Previously, Steve held the position of VP of Business Development at Integrity Solutions from 1997 to 2008 and worked as a Consultant at Franklin Covey - Time Systems from 1985 to 1996. Steve Schmidt earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.
