Neil B. has an extensive background in service operations and platform operations, with a history of leadership roles in IT service delivery management. Currently serving as Service Operations Manager at Integrity360, Neil also held positions such as Head of Platform Operations and Senior Service Delivery Manager at Advanced. Prior to these roles, Neil gained experience as an Information Technology Service Desk Manager, Service Desk Team Lead, and Service Desk Analyst. Neil attended Abbey School Faversham from 1989 to 1995.
