Denys Pavlenko is an engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in software and quality engineering across diverse industries, including E-commerce, FinTech, and SaaS HR-Software. Currently, Denys is building high-performing teams at IntegrityNext while focusing on enhancing Developer Efficiency and Experience (DevEx). Previously, Denys held roles at notable organizations such as Personio and eBay, where they led QA initiatives and championed quality engineering practices. Denys also served as a QA Coach, mentoring future professionals in the tech industry. Denys holds multiple degrees in electronics and finance from the National Technical University of Ukraine, along with additional studies in English language and literature.
