With a strong background in customer success management, Lorena previously held roles as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at the same company. They also have experience as a Sales Administration Assistant at GIV and a Project Manager at PSnetwork Marketing. Lorena's expertise spans across customer experience, business development, and sustainable supply chain management. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in International and Diplomatic Sciences at the Università degli Studi di Trieste.
