With a robust background at IBM from July 2012 to June 2023, Uwe held several key roles, including Program Director for various offerings in Engineering Lifecycle Management Software, Watson IoT, and Procurement and Payments Solutions, overseeing product management and development across global teams. Prior to IBM, Uwe was Vice President of Operations and Engineering for Supplier Lifecycle Management at Emptoris and previously owned Xcitec GmbH, where significant achievements included capturing a 36% DAX market share. Uwe holds a Diploma in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich.
