Alexander Shapiro

Alexander Shapiro is a SoC Performance Architect at Intel Corporation, where they leverage extensive expertise in microprocessor emulation and memory IP methodologies. They previously held research and teaching assistant roles at the University of Rochester between 2012 and 2016, and completed internships at Qualcomm and IBM. Notably, they contributed to the development of silicon characterization techniques and post-Si testing methodologies during their time at Intel as an intern. Alexander is currently pursuing a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Technion.
