Amr Mohammed is a design engineer specializing in physical design, memory technologies, and semiconductor devices. They earned a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Science from Cairo University, and a PhD in Nanotechnology from Purdue University. Amr has served as a teaching assistant and research assistant in various institutions, contributing to significant projects and publications, including work on non-diffusive thermal transport and NAND Flash memory technology at Intel Corporation. Currently, they work as a Staff Design Enablement Engineer, focusing on standard cell benchmarking and PPA optimization across technologies.
