Anil Rao

Anil Rao is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in systems architecture and engineering, currently serving as Vice President & GM at Intel Corporation since August 2016. In this role, Anil leads a team focused on AI infrastructure, GenAI/LLM futures, and Confidential Computing, among other innovations. Previously, Anil served as a Strategy Consultant and Board Advisor at Startups Inc., and held several key positions at AMD, including Corporate Vice President in charge of data center platforms. Anil co-founded SeaMicro Inc., overseeing product and software architecture, and has also held roles at Juniper Networks and Force10 Networks, driving product strategies that contributed significantly to their business success. Anil holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions including the University of California, Berkeley, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and Arizona State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Bangalore University.
