Banaful Paul

Banaful Paul, Ph.D., is currently a Silicon Photonics Pathfinding and Development Integration Engineer at Intel Corporation. Previously, they served as a Graduate Technical Intern at Intel, focusing on dry etch process technology for Optane memory, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University and The University of Texas at Dallas, where they specialized in semiconductor laser characterization and fabrication. Banaful also has experience as a lecturer at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology and Daffodil International University, teaching various engineering courses. They hold a Ph.D. in Silicon Photonics from The Ohio State University, a Master’s in Semiconductor Laser from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology.
