Bo Zhang

Bo Zhang is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Sr. Director of Engineering at Intel Corporation. Bo has successfully led global customer engineering teams and developed cutting-edge visual technology teams dedicated to designing Xe GPUs for high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, and data center applications. Prior to Intel, Bo held significant engineering roles at Qualcomm, where responsibilities included directing global GPU simulator teams and fostering innovation in mobile GPU technologies. With a strong foundation in computer science, holding a Ph.D. from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Bo has also contributed to projects at S3 Graphics, Infineon Technologies, VIA Technologies, Trident Microsystems, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, consistently driving advancements in GPU architecture and verification methodologies.
