C.Y. Liang

C.Y. Liang is a skilled professional specializing in touch panel technology and market analysis, with a strong background in device and solid-state physics. They served as Chief Engineer at HTC from 2009 to 2010, and later held various roles at AUO, including Department Manager and Senior Engineer.
