Cesar Bartolo is a Senior Photonics Design Engineer at Intel, currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UC Davis. With a strong passion for integrating photonics and electronics, they focus on developing advanced photodetectors and photonics integrated biosensors. Cesar holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from INAOE and a Bachelor of Technology from UNAM, both in Mexico.
