Chavi Jain

Chavi Jain is an emerging HR leader with a decade of expertise in business partnership, employee engagement, and culture building. They began their career as a Summer Intern at L'Oréal before serving as an HR Business Partner-Associate at YES BANK, where they managed employee relations and performance management. Chavi continued to enhance their skills at Citi as an HR Business Partner-Manager, overseeing strategic HR initiatives for global teams. They later held the position of Senior Manager-HR Business Partner at Flipkart and currently excel as a Senior HR Business Partner at Intel Corporation. Chavi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and an MBA in Human Resources Management.
