Christy Smith

Christy Smith is the TA/Chief of Staff at Intel Corporation, a position held since 2024 after a long and impactful career beginning in 1999. In this role, Christy leads the development of organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), oversees budget planning, and establishes HR program compliance, contributing significantly to strategic goals and cross-functional collaboration. Previously, Christy served in various project management and business analyst roles, achieving substantial cost savings through process improvements and the successful implementation of key programs, including Intel’s retirement offerings and health care initiatives. Christy holds a Bachelor's degree in Purchasing and Materials Management from Arizona State University.
