Chuange Chen

Chuange Chen is currently the Department Director at Intel Corporation, where they have successfully led the transfer of 65nm technology and achieved notable yield performance across Intel Fabs since joining in 2009. Prior to this role, Chuange accumulated extensive experience at Micron Technology, serving in various engineering and management positions from 1993 to 2009, including Engineering Manager. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical design and building from Shanghai University in 1989 before beginning their career as a Litho equipment engineer at Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation. Throughout their tenure in the semiconductor industry, Chuange has demonstrated expertise in lithography processes and technology transfers.
